The Hurricanes landed a commitment earlier this week from Oakleaf High standout cornerback Nick Roberts. Read on for a full analysis of him from CanesTime's Mike Bakas.
Nick Roberts is a 2017 cornerback prospect who committed to the Hurricanes earlier this week.
What to Like: Roberts is a playmaker. He is a very good cover guy and has excellent ball skills. He finished his sophomore season with 63 total tackles and seven interceptions. He has a nose for the football and has the instincts to always be in good position. When the ball's in the air, his ball skills take over and he's tough to throw on.
